Physical Education
Physical Education (PE) is a required course and will receive a grade of below expectations, meets expectations, or exceeds expectations on your student's mid-year and year-end report card.
Students are expected to complete an average of 20 minutes of physical activity per day, for a total of 200 minutes every ten (10) school days. Learning Coaches are responsible for completing and submitting a PE log for each student at the conclusion of each Learning Period. PE logs can be submitted using the Word or PDF log directly to your CAVA teacher. Please contact your CAVA teacher with any questions regarding the PE requirements.
PE activities are activities that are structured, organized, and supervised (SOS). Examples include, but are not limited to:
